An annual international cultural event taking place in mid June.

The Festival features the world-class Solisti New York Orchestra with Ransom Wilson conducting, and acclaimed guest concert artists performing in the Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesen designed Community Center Concert Hall known for its beauty and near-perfect acoustics.

In 1983 Ransom Wilson and the orchestra he founded, Solisti New York, made a performance stop in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The musicians found a charming, cosmopolitan town with a magnificent performing arts building designed by a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. Wilson quickly realized that this unique building held one of the finest concert halls in America.

In 1990, OK MOZART launched the Bugle, a newsletter which now has a circulation of more than 25,000.

The Festival features orchestral concerts with Solisti New York Orchestra, which is in residence in Bartlesville for the Festival. Included are six concerts in the Community Center's acoustically near-perfect concert hall, an outdoor concert in a natural amphitheater at a historic ranch and nature preserve, a chamber series in an impressive downtown church and a series of mini-concerts of contemporary music. Additionally, there will be an orchestral Family Concert.

Each season the Festival presents outstanding Opening Ceremonies with free entertainment for the public.
